Insolvency Administrator (Entry/Senior/Manager positions available)

Manchester Staff are excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Insolvency Administrator to join a dynamic company. This role is essential for ensuring case loads are managed efficiently, and statutory reports are dealt with. The business has just finished renovating their state-of-the-art office and are looking to expand the team at all levels!

Roles and responsibilities:

As an Insolvency Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the insolvency team by preparing documentation, managing, updating case files, responding to creditor/client enquiries to provide timely updates on case progress. You will coordinate communications between insolvency practitioners, legal teams, as well as other departments, monitor case timelines, and assist with administrative tasks.

Additionally, you will participate in team meetings, training sessions, supporting the team in meeting key milestones and regulatory requirements. Your contribution will be essential to ensuring smooth and efficient case management throughout the insolvency process.

The successful Insolvency Administrator:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in managing case loads and case progression.
  • 12 months minimum experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience accounting for every 6 minutes of work completed.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Desirable:

  • Cooperate or personal insolvency experience is advantageous.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPI or JIEB
