Ready to lead the charge in paid media innovation? Forward Role are supporting an incredible eCommerce Retailer who are dedicated to pushing boundaries and driving excellence in everything they do… Paid Media very much included!

As the brand new Paid Media , you'll be the driving force behind the in-house paid media team, spearheading strategies across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Digital Display channels. With the team having a huge focus on Paid Social currently, your background will ideally be a strong, hands-on Paid Social background – either agency or in-house – and may be looking to broaden your skillset into the wider acquisition mix.

Working closely with the Head of Paid Media, you'll be leading, motivating and mentoring a dedicated team while leading initiatives to take their performance to the next level, whilst also working with the wider marketing function to develop the overarching strategy!

Your day to day would look like:

  • Lead and motivate the paid media team, championing best practices and fostering innovation
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to optimise campaign performance and achieve business goals
  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment with overall paid media strategy.
  • Oversee key projects and initiatives, continually seeking ways to enhance workflow efficiency and effectiveness
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners and technology providers to stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement

Your skills & background:

  • 5+ years Paid Media experience – you will ideally be coming from a ‘hands-on' Paid Social background, both paid search & social would be a bonus
  • Retail experience is essential – either agency or in-house
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Strong numerical and literacy abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Exceptional team management and communication capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills.
