We're delighted to be supporting our FTSE100 Retail client in the search for a PMO Lead for a 12 month FTC to provide maternity cover.

Role Overview:

This role sits within the Enterprise Transformation Office and will a key member of the Enterprise PMO team. You’ll support PMO Management in delivery of PMO assurance, governance and support services to the programmes across the company change portfolio.

You’ll work closely with Programme teams through the full delivery lifecycle to lead and own the implementation of effective processes that will drive delivery maturity.

Experience Required:

  • PMO Manager or 5+ years’ PMO Analyst experience
  • Demonstrable experience of developing processes at programme and project levels
  • Experience of leading governance activities across large programmes and projects
  • Experience overseeing the preparation and leading QA of comprehensive project documentation
  • Experience of leading the delivery of PMO services to support strategic projects across business functions
