Handyman

Build Recruitment is proud to be representing their client, a leading Social Housing company in their search for an experienced Handyman to work on a contract in Leamington Spa

For the successful Handyman our client is offering: 

• £15.04 per hour
• Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm 
• Overtime paid at enhanced rates
• Call out rota (if wanted)
• Long term

The Role: Handyman

• All rounder handman with a van and some reasonable hand tools.
• Someone who is prepared to do all the odd jobs on site.
• One prepared to drive around the properties since they are all scattered around the estate
• We want him/her 5 days a week for unforeseeable future until probably end of April 2025
• Local person would be an added advantage for him travelling wise 

What our client is looking for in a Handyman 

• City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent ESSENTIAL
• Multi trade experience  ESSENTIAL
• Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
• DBS (we can help)
