I am working with a Managed Service Provider that work exclusively within the education sector, providing support to primary schools across the North West. They are looking to bolster their on-site technical support team with keen technicians who are passionate about IT and helping people.

Responsibilities:** Provide support both remotely and face to face to teachers and pupils.** Provide Windows Server, mobile device and network infrastructure support.** Provide support for other technicians and work as part of the team.** Provide hands on advice and guidance to the schools to help develop their IT network.** Maintain a helpdesk facility providing clients with feedback to tickets proactively and in a timely manner.
