Are you an experienced Scheduler or Planner looking for a new role in the New Year? Do you have experience working within Domiciliary Care, Home or Residential Care? If so, we are looking for an experienced Scheduler or Rostering Coordinator to join one of the UKs Largest Personal Care providers in Bury. This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary of GBP30k, working full time 37.5 hours per week with 1 weekend in 4 and 1 late evening per week. Great company with even better benefits. What will you be doing as a Scheduler?

  • As an experienced scheduler you will be providing support across a range of domiciliary care programmes
  • Matching clients needs with a suitable care giver
  • Managing an existing range of clients who provide regular support within the community of bury
  • Organising rota's dealing with changes to holidays and cancellations
  • Speaking with care givers on any amendments to planned schedules
  • Develop robust relationships with the care givers to know what they are looking for to enable matching their skills and experience to their clients
  • Update and maintain the client database with personal information for each client
  • Be able to manage and prioritise your own workload
  • Managing the expectations of clients, forward planning and prioritising any planned changes to rotas etc
  • Updating care plans with clients to ensure the best service and care is provided
  • Being reactive to daily changes and amendments that need covering
  • Remaining calm under pressure and having a structure plan of how to manage the day-to-day workload
  • We are looking for candidates who live in or around the bury area who know the geographical area well.

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • If you have experience as a scheduler or care planner working in a domiciliary care environment.
  • You may have experience working in a residential care home, care provider or home care service
  • You might have worked in an NHS organisation
  • You may have experience working as a nurse dealing with e-rostering
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and under own supervision
