I have an immediate start to cover maternity leave. This is a fixed term contract for 9 months initially.
Main responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and following up on documentation to support the stock control process
- Communicating with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the transport department
- Reconciling and balancing stock levels at all locations daily
- Undertaking administrative and filing duties to ensure effective reporting
- Ensuring all inbound and outbound paperwork is completed accurately and promptly
You must have strong excel and data entry experience and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
