OUR CLIENT ARE A PROFESSIONAL FIRM OF INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL PLANNERS AND INVESTMENT MANAGERS AND WERE THE FIRST FIRM IN THE NORTH WEST TO BE AWRDED 'CHARTERED STATUS'. THEY LAUNCHED THEIR INVESTMENT COMMITTEE IN 2009, AND THE COMPANY HAS ENJOYED CONTINUED GROWTH EVER SINCE. THEY OPERATE FROM FOUR OFFICES ACROSS THE NORTHWEST AND YORKSHIRE.

Our client is now looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team under the CISI Training Programme where you will gain hands on experience within the Financial Services sector whilst working towards achieving the 'Investment Management Certificate'. Our client is looking for an intelligent Graduate with some industry experience who demonstrates the desire to progress within the industry. The right candidate must be able to work within a small team and have the confidence to deal directly with the Investment Partners.

Daily duties will be varied and consist of;

" Maintain and update the investment charting software which is FE Analytics.

" Process client trades and model changes, ensuring adherence to all service level agreements.

" Assist with the oversight of third parties working with the business, by producing oversight reports and presenting their findings.

" To ensure that client & fund documentation is dispatched in line with relevant deadlines.

" Creating MI reporting packs for the board meeting and any Adhoc reports as required.

" Assist with regular meeting preparation, which includes producing reports and taking meeting minutes.

" Ensure back-office software is kept up to date.

" General client account maintenance.

" Filing and other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required.
