Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside an thrilling local authority based in Greater Manchester. They are looking for an Childcare Lawyer to join their expanding legal team. This role pays a competitive rate of £50 - £55 an hour umbrella depending on experience.

This role is on a temporary basis with potential to be long term.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
  • Preparing Legal documents and correspondence.
  • Providing legal advice and support to the company's clients in matters related to child care and protection
  • Able to do advocacy when needed

About you:

  • A qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in child care law
  • Drafting Legal documents to a high quality standard
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
