Civil/Commercial Litigation Solicitor

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Litigation Solicitor to step into a pivotal role within our team. With the upcoming retirement of a highly experienced solicitor, this is your chance to join a thriving practice alongside two seasoned partners. If you have 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a passion for litigation, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

2. About the Role:

Manage an Existing Caseload: Step into an established portfolio of work with the opportunity to expand and develop new client relationships.

#Varied Litigation Work: Handle a diverse range of cases, including Inheritance Act claims, contested wills and probate claims, TOLATA claims, commercial contract disputes, general contract disputes, and debt collection claims.

3. Responsibilities:

  • Manage an Existing Caseload: Step into an established portfolio of work with the opportunity to expand and develop new client relationships.
  • Varied Litigation Work: Handle a diverse range of cases, including Inheritance Act claims, contested wills and probate claims, TOLATA claims, commercial contract disputes, general contract disputes, and debt collection claims.
  • Contribute to Growth: Engage in business development and marketing initiatives, working closely with our Business Development Manager to help shape the future of the firm.

2 to 5 years PQE
