The firm is seeking a leader for its dynamic Private Client team, which handles Wills, Probate, COP, Elderly Probate, and Estate Planning.
Candidates should have significant experience in private client matters and will inherit a high-quality caseload while supporting the team with complex queries.
The role offers a clear progression pathway to Salaried Partner and potentially to Equity Partner, with a current structure of 2 Equity Partners and 4 Salaried Partners.
Salary is competitive and dependent on experience, and the firm supports hybrid working arrangements.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor with STEP to join a highly regarded boutique law firm based in Bury.

We are currently looking for a Head of Department within the Private Client team. The team is a young, dynamic and driven team of Solicitors looking for its next leader.

The type of work you will be experienced in handling will include Wills, Probate, COP, Elderly Probate and Estate Planning. You will inherit a high quality caseload as well as supporting the team with more complex and technical queries that may arise. You will be confident in guiding a team and delegating tasks to support staff.

The progression that comes with this opportunity is a direct pathway to Salaried Partner and beyond to Equity Partner. Currently within the firm there are 2 Equity Partners and 4 Salaried Partners.

The salary would be dependent upon experience. Hybrid working is supported at this firm.
