We are currently looking to recruit a Production Administrator to provide flexible support to the Production Team with administration duties.

What does the role involve?As Production Administrator you will focus on maintaining the flow of work from orders placed to production, to completed, ensuring follow on work is issued in a timely manner. You will be liaising with sales and monitoring issued work, reporting progress and completion, maintaining records on staff and agency hours and issuing Clock Cards, PPE and logging KPI’s for production activities. This role will also include some shop floor activities.

The successful candidate will require:• Excellent communication skills with the ability to focus on attention to detail.• Possession of a can-do customer first attitude.• The ability to make a positive contribution in a team environment.• Ability to work on both own initiative and coherently as part of a team.• Must be computer literate.
