Project Co-Ordinator

Location: Hybrid / Bury OfficeFull-Time | Permanent

Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for project coordination? Our client are looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to join their team, supporting their National Account customers and ensuring seamless end-to-end project execution.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a key part of the Project Management team, you'll:

  • Manage communications, emails, and stakeholder meetings with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate resource movement to meet project deadlines and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Oversee project documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO 90001
  • Assist Project Managers with budgeting, procurement, invoicing, and financial tracking.
  • Monitor project deliverables to maintain quality, cost, and time expectations.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues early to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to enhance project outcomes.

What they are Looking For:

  • A highly organised individual with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in project coordination, ideally in a BMS/HVAC/Facilities/Maintenance/Engineering environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project, and familiarity with platforms like VX, SharePoint, Focalpoint, and Dimensions (or willingness to learn).
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering results.
