Responsibilities

  • Manage the team to ensure reliability and productivity of equipment.
  • Focus on continuous improvement, looking at asset reliability and break down root cause analysis
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant industry requirements
  • Lead and manage the maintenance team
  • Ensure that the correct resource and strategy is in place to deliver the site overhead and prime budgets.
  • Improve site services and infrastructure standards whilst maintaining budget control.

Requirements
