You will be the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, providing essential administrative support to the Headteacher, teaching staff and pupils. This is a varied and rewarding role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and working within a close-knit team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the school's front office, answering phone calls, emails and greeting visitors
  • Maintaining student records and school reports
  • Assisting with admissions and attendance records
  • Supporting the Headteacher and teaching staff with general administrative tasks
  • Handling correspondence, distributing information to parents and staff

Key Experience:

  • Experience working within a school office environment is essential.
  • Experience working with SIMs is essential.
  • Any additional qualifications/relevant experience would be beneficial.
