Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and learning in primary-aged children.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to both pupils and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design creative lesson plans and school activities.
- Uphold the school's values, fostering respect, responsibility, and community within the school.
Essential Requirements:
- A recognised teaching qualification (QTS).
- Previous experience in a primary school setting, ideally across Key Stages 1 and 2.
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching.
