Are you a Primary Teacher looking for a new role in Bolton/Bury?

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Primary Teacher to join this lovely, family feel Primary base in Bury starting as soon as possible. This is a full time, long-term role for the full academic year and upon review there will be an opportunity to go permanent.

The school:

The Primary school base for pupils with autism, challenging behaviour, and the associated learning disabilities.

The school in mention, is looking to inspire, and motivate its student to progress, and build on skills that will be key for them to better their lives despite the various difficult background they might have.

As a SEND Primary teacher, you will be responsible for the below:

  • Planning and assessing pupils.
  • Working with the support staff to put in place and run interventions.
  • Support behaviour by following the children's plans.
  • Updating and setting targets for children.
  • Working with the support of Teaching assistants and LSA

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Hold previous experience working within SEND.
  • Hold a QTS or equivalent.
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
