HLTA - Bury:
Prospero Teaching are looking for a Level 3 qualified HLTA to work in a primary school near Bury. You will be required to cover lessons while the teacher is on PPA. You will need excellent curriculum knowledge of both core and foundation subjects.
The Role:
- Covering lessons while teacher is on PPA
- Keeping effective communication with teachers to track student progress
Position Details:
- Location: Bury
- Position: HLTA
- Hours: 8am-3pm
- Type of Work: Temporary
- Full time/Part time: Full time only
- Minimum rate of pay: 120 per day, depending on experience
- Start date: December 2024
- End date: Ongoing
Experience, Training & Qualifications:
- Up to date Safeguarding certificate within the last year (desirable but training can be provided)
- Team Teach qualification would be highly desired
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification would be highly desirable
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold right to work in the UK
Hold and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
