Sonic Summary

The position is for a 1:1 Tutor located in Bury, Greater Manchester, with an immediate start and ongoing temporary contract.
Candidates are expected to work 1-6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, during school hours, with a pay rate of £25-£35 per hour.
Applicants should have at least two years of teaching experience in the UK, preferably with QTS status or equivalent qualifications.
Experience in delivering the National Curriculum core subjects and working with students with complex needs such as SEMH, ASC, and MLD is required.

We are looking for candidates who are:-

Available during school hours up to 30 hours per week.
Experienced in delivering differentiated National Curriculum core subjects.
Experience teaching young people with a wide range of complex and challenging needs including SEMH/ASC/MLD/SpLD
Exceptional behaviour management strategies.
Prepared to work face to face within the community.

Requirements

Background teaching in English, Maths, Science or SEN classes ranging from KS1-KS5.
QTS status (or equivalent) or unqualified with two years' experience teaching NC core subjects
Experience working with SEMH/ASD/EBD/SEMH and associated complex needs.
2 years previous experience working within a UK school.
