Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of engineers, promoting a positive and efficient working environment.
- Plan and execute preventive and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Manage CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) to monitor and optimise maintenance activities.
- Oversee stock control and ensure the availability of critical parts and tools.
- Apply knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatic systems to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Essential Requirements:
- Completed mechanical apprenticeship.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency with CMMS and stock control.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
