  • Plan and execute preventive and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
  • Manage CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems) to monitor and optimise maintenance activities.
  • Oversee stock control and ensure the availability of critical parts and tools.
  • Apply knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatic systems to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Completed mechanical apprenticeship.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatic systems.
  • Proficiency with CMMS and stock control.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
