This established business provides specialist solutions within the facilities sector. Synonymous for their customer service, they are now looking to add a Procurement Administrator, who is customer focussed, to provide the highest level of administration support to the Procurement Team.
If you are organised; have experience within a procurement environment and are a great communicator, you will be well rewarded with a salary of up to £26,000 plus performance related bonus, cash plan healthcare, life assurance and pension.
About the role:
Working within a small procurement team, you will be responsible for:
- Manage all purchase orders
- Deal with supplier invoice queries
- Ensure off-hire equipment is managed quickly
- Work with suppliers, escalating as necessary
- Ensure all documentation is completed
- Provide general administrative support
About you:
You will already be working within an Administration role, preferably within a procurement / purchasing environment; you will also need:
- An excellent telephone manner
- Be a confident communicator at all levels (internally and externally)
- Organised
- Strong IT skills
- Proactive
