Sales Account Manager

Sales Account Manager required for a well-established supplier of both standard and bespoke products to the hospitality industries, based in the Bury area.

• Develop, build and maintaining relationships with clients - you will be a first point of contact for customer enquiries and orders.
• Liaise with clients regarding orders, including providing detailed product and pricing information, producing specifications and quotations.
• Liaise between our internal team and the client regarding design and artwork for final orders specification
• Be involved with the processing and organising of the order with the production team, and ensuring the order is on track through to delivery
• Upsell accompanying products to increase the revenue per client

• Experience in account management, ordering processes and working with Suppliers
• Have strong customer service skills and be an effective communicator
• Highly organised and have the ability to work under pressure on multiple projects, whilst remaining accurate and attentive to detail
• A desire to excel, to meet and beat targets consistently
• Excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft
• Must have excellent written English / Mathematical skills and telephone manner

• Starting salary 24,000 - 30,000 + Performance related bonus scheme
• Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:30, Friday 09:00 - 17:00. Permanent position.
• Holiday allowance and pension
