Title: Estimator / Quantity Surveyor- Fire Protection
Location: Bury
Salary: £45,000 (including progression opportunities for a growing company)
Key Benefits
- Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

- Pension scheme (3% employer contribution after qualifying period)
Role & Responsibilities
- 50/50 split between Estimating and Quantity Surveying
- Review and complete tender enquiries for passive fire protection.
- Work closely with senior members of the team to submit tenders.
- Attend site to carry out valuations, variations and site meetings.
- Complete cost value reports, and final accounts.
- Procurement of raw materials and plant for site.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget.
About the Company
- Specialist passive fire protection contractor with project values ranging from £50k to £2 million
- Focuses on commercial and high-rise residential projects.
- A small but rapidly growing business with significant expansion plans.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience in passive fire protection
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and word.
- Full UK driving license.
