As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
- Management and delivery of all commercial aspects of allocated projects
- Preparation of departmental and project budgets
- Preparation and management of recovery sheets for sub-contractors
- Arrangement and participation in project team meetings
- Overseeing the commercial close-out of projects
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role as a Quantity Surveyor within a manufacturing environment and it would be an advantage to come from a structural steel background. You should have excellent commercial and relationship management skills. You should also have strong negotiation skills. A degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying would be beneficial but is not essential
This role offers an attractive salary of 50,000 - 60,000 along with excellent benefits and career progression opportunities. This will be working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday / 3 days in the office & 2 from home / Early afternoon finish on a Friday
