Our client, a well-established independent agent, is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Leigh.
The role offers a basic salary of up to £26,000 with an OTE of up to £30,000.
Candidates should have experience in lettings and strong customer service skills.
Working hours include Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays required.
A full UK driving licence is necessary for this position.

Experience in Lettings
Strong Customer service experience
Full UK Driving licence

Registering potential tenants
Arranging and conducting viewings
Carry out inspections
