A well-recognised firm in Bury are currently looking for a Residential Property Conveyancer to join their growing team. Candidates should have a minimum of 2years’ experience managing their own caseload of residential matters. They must be highly motivated, diligent, have excellent attention to detail, be results driven and committed to providing excellent customer care.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Managing a mixed caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion, including sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity and right to buy
  • To process cases in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
  • Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work
  • Attend clients both in person and on the telephone and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm’s standards for client care.
  • Manage the preparation of correspondence and documents through the case management system.
