Duties & Responsibilities

  • Dealing with property maintenance issues/queries
  • Dealing with tenants, landlords, and trade and suppliers - to ensure all works are carried out to complete what is needed
  • Closely work with contractors, appointing them with duties and ensuring tasks are met in a timely manner
  • Monitor and Manage compliance
  • Ensure all invoices are managed, logged, and accepted with the Accounts Team
  • General office administration duties

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working within a property environment
  • Previous experience dealing with tenants, contractors, and landlords
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
