Day-to-day of the role:- Manage the reception area and greet visitors professionally.
- Handle telephone and face-to-face enquiries efficiently.
- Perform general administrative duties including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Proven experience in reception or administrative roles.
