Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Key Customer Relationships with an objective to make them ambassadors and promoters of the company and their products
- Provide direction and support for the customers throughout the quote, order and delivery process
- Administer quotations where necessary, demonstrating impeccable attention to detail and adhering to specific processes required for each client
- Meet agreed SLA's ensuring that accountability is taken at all stages of the process within the required timescales and actions are delivered to high standard
- Providing administrative support for all new and existing customers
Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication skills
- IT Skills in Microsoft Packages
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Proven experience in developing client relationships
- Results orientated and self motivated
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
