We are currently working with one of our long standing clients in the Bury location to assist with the recruitment of a Client Support Executive. You will be working within a busy sales and customer service environment delivering high quality service. The main purpose of the job is to support the growth strategy in the division by identifying and capitalising on opportunities to increase levels of business and servicing the clients needs in line with contractual commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing Key Customer Relationships with an objective to make them ambassadors and promoters of the company and their products
  • Provide direction and support for the customers throughout the quote, order and delivery process
  • Administer quotations where necessary, demonstrating impeccable attention to detail and adhering to specific processes required for each client
  • Meet agreed SLA's ensuring that accountability is taken at all stages of the process within the required timescales and actions are delivered to high standard
  • Providing administrative support for all new and existing customers

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication skills
  • IT Skills in Microsoft Packages
  • Excellent Attention to Detail
  • Proven experience in developing client relationships
  • Results orientated and self motivated
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
