What Youll Do:

Lead and support a team of Residential Workers
Ensure the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of children in care
Supervise, mentor, and develop staff members
Maintain and update care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour plans
Promote education and personal development for each child
Uphold safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety procedures
