Senior Support Worker Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care in line with best practices, legal requirements, and company policies
- Support the long-standing a dedicated staffing team in place to ensure
- Administer medication in accordance with legal and regulatory standards
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of the children under your care
Senior Support Worker Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 year's experience in a Support Worker role
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Experience within child care
- A passion for delivering outstanding care
- Dimploma 3 or 4 in residential
