Young Persons Mental Health Waking Night Support Worker vacancies waiting to be filled

Venn Group have been approached by a CQC registered provider and would like to introduce the following positions available

Position:          Young Persons Support Worker x1/Waking Nights x2 (Mental Health)

Location:         Bury

Rate:                Negotiable depending on experience

Length:            6-8 weeks initially

Hours:              38.5 hours p/week, Monday - Sunday

Key Responsibilities include:

  • To work in collaboration with other health care professionals both internally and externally in providing the highest standard of support possible to all the young people with mental health needs
  • To implement and adhere to the care plans and individualised risk management plans for all young people in care
  • To assist in creating a safe, clean, and secure environment to the highest standards of health and safety for all young people, relatives, and colleagues
  • To support young people to gain independence, confidence and competence
  • To complete clearly written, accurate, contemporaneous records of involvement with young people and their families

To be considered for this role you will need to have an enhanced DBS on the update service and previous experience working with vulnerable individuals with Mental Health challenges
