Qualified Social Worker, Integrated Neighbourhood TeamPay rate - £30 per hour Vitalis Social Care are currently recruiting experienced for a Qualified Social Worker in Bury to join an Integrated Neighbourhood Team. Experience of assessments, support planning, duty, CHC, MCA and best interest, working with adults of working age required.Role is within an integrated neighbourhood team. Role is undertaking assessments and reviews under Care Act 2014, holding a caseload and supporting the duty function. Role is hybrid and face to face visits essential.
