Experienced Children's Social Worker - Team Manager Opportunity
Randstad is recruiting for a Team Manager to join the Field of Social Work Services Team at Bury Council. In this full-time role, you will lead efforts to achieve positive outcomes for vulnerable children and their families. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of up to 46.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong and meaningful relationships with children, young people, and families.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, child-centered care plans.
- Collaborate with schools, healthcare professionals, and partner agencies to ensure holistic support.
- Safeguard and promote the wellbeing of children across diverse communities.

Requirements
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Hold a Social Work Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Possess an Enhanced DBS clearance.
- Experience in Children's Social Work is essential.
