If so, Randstad is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker to join Bury Council's Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from £36,648 to £38,223.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with adults diagnosed with mental health conditions in secondary mental health care, including dementia, psychosis, anxiety, and depression.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary Community Mental Health Team, including health and AHP colleagues.
  • Implement the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.
  • Engage with service users and their carers, developing individualised approaches to meet their practical and functional needs.
  • Recognise various mental health problems and conduct holistic needs-based assessments.
  • Produce, implement, and review care plans, including risk management.
  • Operate within the Care Program Approach, utilising sound risk management skills.
Requirements:
  • Social Work England registered
  • Social Work Degree or equivalent
  • Enhanced DBS
