We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Executive to join my client's team. With a reputation as one of the UK's leading dealerships, we offer an exciting opportunity to sell both new and used high-end vehicles.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage your own diary, generate leads, and work towards achievable sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with full product training provided.
  • Attend factory and dealer visits across the UK and Europe.
  • Represent the company at major industry exhibitions (occasional travel required).

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales experience is beneficial, but self-motivation and a proactive attitude are key.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Willingness to work weekends (3-4 per month) with days off during the week.

The Package:

  • Basic Salary: Starting at £26K (DOE)
  • OTE: Up to £45K+ (uncapped)
  • Benefits: Company pension, free on-site parking, and international travel opportunities.
  • Hours: 9-5 Mon-Sat, 10-5 Sun (5-day week with rota-based days off).
