We have a client based in Bury looking for an admin assistant. 

The role is temporary with the opportunity to be permanent for the right candidate. 

Duties & responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders. 
  • Responding to customer emails. 
  • Processing customer returns and refunds
  • Answering customer phone calls. 
  • Receipting in Stock
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Experience Working in a Merchant or the Heating Industry would be an advantage

This will be working a busy office.  Must be willing to be flexible in a small business environment. 

Hours 8.30 until 17.00 Monday to Friday but these can be flexible and the position could potentionally be more part time to suit the right candidate if required.
