Title:Estimator / Quantity Surveyor- Fire Protection
Location: BurySalary: £45,000 (including progression opportunities for a growing company)

Role & Responsibilities
- 50/50 split between Estimating and Quantity Surveying
- Review and complete tender enquiriesforpassive fire protection.
- Work closely withsenior members of the team to submit tenders.
- Attend site to carry out valuations, variations andsite meetings.
- Complete cost value reports,and final accounts.
- Procurement of raw materials and plant for site.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget.

Required Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experiencein passive fireprotection
- Strong IT skills includingMicrosoft Excel and word.
- Full UK driving license.
