A well-respected engineering firm is seeking a MIG Welder to join their team.
Candidates must have experience in MIG welding structural steel and be able to read engineering drawings.
The position requires the ability to perform multi-run fillet and butt welds on heavy gauge materials, including beams up to 45 tons.
The role offers a permanent contract from day one with a salary of £17.37 per hour.
Applicants should be apprentice trained and must pass a drugs and alcohol test on the first day of work.

MIG Welder Job Requirements

MIG Welding structural steel
Experience of using overhead cranes
Able to read engineering
You must be able to do a multi run fillet and a butt weld
You must have welded very heavy gauge up to 45 ton beams
Apprentice trained MIG Welders

MIG Welder Hours and Pay Details

The role is available on days
Pay is £17.37

Hours of work:
Days: 07.00 - 16.45 Monday to Thursday.

Contract on offer

The role is perm from day one
