Welder/Fabricator
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Bury. This role involves performing high-quality welding operations in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have fabrication knowledge and the ability to read technical drawings. Daily tasks include MIG welding of mild steel in various thicknesses, manufacturing containers, wash-down bays, wheel wash systems, bowsers, and more. Additionally, testing and commissioning of both new and existing fabrications is a crucial aspect of this role. The successful candidate will work closely with other production departments to meet operational growth demands.
Hours:
- 39.5 hours per week
- Monday Thursday: 06:30am-3:45pm
- Friday: 06:30am-12:30pm
Salary: £15.15 per hour/£598.42 per week/ £31,118 per year
Duration:Permanent after a successful 12 week probation period.
