My client is seeking a Commercial Contract Co-Ordinator to support their Commercial Director in managing the smooth operation of a void maintenance contract. This role is key in coordinating communication between clients and contractors, ensuring works are approved, tracked, and completed efficiently to prepare properties for occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with contractors and clients to coordinate works and approvals.
- Preparing and maintaining commercial and operational spreadsheets.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client issues.
- Processing subcontractor invoices and preparing client applications.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel (training available for base knowledge).
- Experience in social housing or similar sectors.
- Full UK driving license.
- Must pass a clean DBS and security check.
