Are you an organised and efficient individual with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in a busy and thriving environment? Our client, an educational organisation, is seeking a dedicated Administrator to provide top-notch support to their Senior Management Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of Head's Office with various administrative tasks, including arranging meetings.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming outer office for pupils, staff, parents, and visitors.
  • Coordinate and administer the in-year withdrawal process, liaising with various teams across the organisation.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Head (Academic) and Deputy Head (Operations), including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Produce high-quality correspondence to parents from the Deputy Head (Academic) and support in the production of weekly mailings.
  • Assist in the coordination of INSET days and other important school events.

Requirements:

  • Excellent ICT skills, including Word, Excel, and Gmail.
  • Previous administrative or secretarial experience preferred.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy office environment.
