The Project manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential new builds across the Home Counties and Prime refurbishments and renovations in London.

You'll and be responsible for the one project at a time - given their size. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

The Senior Project Manager Role

The successful Senior Project Manager will oversee a single 40+ million-pound one off bespoke new build in Hertfordshire.

It's an incredible project with some of the finest finishes in the world. It requires an individual whose. Delivered projects over 20m, is capable producing accurate and realistic progammes (Asta) and is comfortable being client facing and reporting to directors.
