We are recruiting for an Aftersales Support Executive on behalf of an award winning, interior design and property development business based in Bushey, Hertfordshire.
The company design and develop many prestigious, high-end properties in the North London and Hertfordshire areas. They are now recruiting for an Aftersales Support Executive to deliver the best in aftersales service to clients once they have moved into their luxury new property. This involves dealing with a variety of snagging issues and liaising with the client to discuss any problems and then to coordinate the inspection and repair process with a relevant tradesperson.
The role requires someone with an understand of property and snagging, along with superb customer service skills and a friendly but firm approach. The company have a number of new luxury developments opening in 2025 and they are looking to provide their clients with unparalleled aftersales support.
On a day-to-day basis the role will involve:
Conducting a final snag of the property with the site manager on practical completion of the plot
Using Clixifix to ensure that each plot has completed an inspection sheet on practical completion
Leading on any agreed customisations before a client moves in. This will involve working with the interior design and construction team.
Ensuring a home is fully cleaned and ready for handover
Organising welcome gifts
Welcoming clients to their new home and carrying out the handover and showing them around their new home
Using Clixifix to upload all home manuals and also following any snags raised by the client
Liaising with trades to carry out any snagging works during the snagging period
Managing an aftercare budget and reporting against this
Managing the aftercare email
General property management for any rented properties in the portfolio
Liaising with estate agents when required
This company is open to offering the opportunity either on a part time 3 day per week basis or full time, 5 days per week. Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm based in a busy and lively studio in Bushey, Hertfordshire. 1 day a week working from home can be offered if required.
Salary from £35,000 - £40,000 based on relevant experience. 21 days holiday plus public holidays, company pension.
