Our client is looking for a Sales Admin to provide exceptional customer support while helping to drive sales and meet performance targets. If you have a background in sales and enjoy delivering top-tier customer service, this role is for you!
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Previous sales experience is essential
- A professional and engaging telephone manner
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team
Within this position, you’ll also be:
- Provide customer support on specific products dependant on their need
- Providing information regarding recycle scheme
- Drive sales while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Manage invoicing, record-keeping, and payment tracking
- Handle internal and external customer queries, ensuring excellent service at all times
