Job Title: Asset Management Surveyor
Location: Buxon (3 days a week on site, 2 days working from home)
Remuneration: 60,000-65,000 basic salary + public sector pension + flexible working hours

Role Overview:
As an Asset Management Surveyor, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing a diverse property portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive asset surveys and evaluations
- Developing and implementing effective asset management strategies
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Providing expert advice on property maintenance and improvements
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to maximise asset value
