Customer Service Administrator
I am currently recruiting on behalf of my prestigious client, based nearBuxton, Derbyshire, for an experiencedCustomer Service Administrator.
Joining this established and friendly team, the successful applicant will need to be hard-working, confident and provide exceptional levels of customer service whilst navigating a fast-paced environment.
The role will offer diversity, supporting various departments in the day to day running of the business.
Previous experience is essential and due to location own transport is also essential to be considered for this opportunity.
A background in transport/logistic/distribution would be advantageous but not essential.
About the role:
- Acting as first point of contact for all customers, providing exceptional levels of customer service
- Dealing with all telephone and email enquiries effectively
- using Salesforce/CRM to document customer interactions and maintain records
- Managing client relationships
- Liaising with customers/suppliers
- Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Hours and Pay:
- Monday to Friday
- Salary up to 28,000 - dependent on experience
- Full time, permanent position

About you:
- Proven experience in a similar role is essential
- Salesforce experience would be advantageous
- A background in transport/logistic/distribution would be advantageous
- CRM experience
- Confident and hard-working attitude
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated and punctual
