About the Role:
Our SEMH provision offers educational placements for pupils residing in a specialized residential home. These placements cater to male students with a range of SEMH and SEND needs. We are dedicated to providing individualized, specialist support to help each pupil achieve their potential.
Located in a peaceful, rural setting, our provision provides a calm and supportive learning environment. Recent refurbishments have created spacious, well-equipped classrooms with modern resources, and easy access to outdoor learning further enriches the educational experience.
We operate small, structured classes designed to implement Individual Education and Behaviour Plans (IEPs), which adapt the curriculum to meet pupils' abilities, Key Stages, and individual needs. These plans support progression towards nationally recognized qualifications, from Entry Level to GCSE. With a maximum of eight pupils per class, we maintain a high staff-to-pupil ratio to meet diverse needs.
