About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Highways Project Manager to lead a major long-term infrastructure project on the M27. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile highways scheme, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
路Oversee all aspects of the M27 project, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
路Manage project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
路Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
路Lead a multi-disciplinary team, including engineers, sub-contractors, and site staff.
路Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
路Identify and mitigate project risks while driving efficiency and innovation.
Requirements:
路Extensive experience managing highway or major infrastructure projects.
路Strong understanding of civil engineering, highways, and structures.
路Proven track record of budget, programme, and risk management.
路Knowledge of CDM regulations, NEC contracts, and health & safety legislation.
路Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
路CSCS card, SMSTS, and other relevant industry certifications.
