Summary of Project

This project requires on-site administrative support to assist in the smooth operation of installation and construction activities. As the Site Administrator, you will handle essential administrative tasks, manage accommodation bookings, maintain the time booking system, and assist the Site Manager in managing supplies.

Person Specification

You are a skilled administrator with experience in general office tasks and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Organized and resourceful, you are capable of managing booking systems, coordinating accommodations, and procuring necessary site supplies. With excellent communication and multitasking skills, you're able to maintain a well-organized, efficient site environment.

Job Duties

  • Organise and book accommodation for staff, adjusting as needed to meet project requirements.
  • Manage the LMS time booking system, monitoring, and updating records (training provided).
  • Oversee the construction site account, ensuring proper handling of expenses and documentation.
  • Purchase consumables and other articles required by the Site Manager locally.
  • Maintain site documentation and assist with general administrative tasks to support site operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in project administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills for managing bookings and inventory.
  • Basic financial management skills to handle site account responsibilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and assist the site team with essential tasks.
  • Preferred: previous experience working in an industrial or construction environment
